Erin’s work is committed to the thriving of all Nova Scotians. She believes strongly in the importance of comprehensive data and cross-sector collaboration to create impact in our province and beyond.

Participatory practice, rural studies, and community engagement all shape Erin’s direction of the Quality of Life Initiative. She holds a Masters of Educational Psychology in Human Development from McGill University, and a community development degree from Dalhousie.

Erin grew up in Pictou County and currently lives on the South Shore.
